Undamaged products can be fully refunded for any reason with 30 days. You can send us a return request email on Contact Us page before sending back the product, there will be a supporter to follow your case in soon.(Fulfilment Address: C/O 703 Bartley-Chester Rd, Flanders, NJ, 07836) for inspection, the refunds process will also begin.


Return Reference

  • You need to send back all the parts in the product package
  • If the return is non-quality problem, the customer needs to pay for the shipping
  • If the return is non-quality problem, Bizzoelife may only refund the price of the product itself
  • Returns may be rejected if the package is received in damaged in Bizzoelife warehouse


Refund Period

The refund requirement of the 30-day money-back guarantee expires 30 days after the warranty claim is started. Return requests for non-quality problems that are more than 30 days will not be accepted.

Return Process

  • Purchaser has to prepare a proof of purchase.
  • Visible proof (image or video) of product damage is need.
  • Bizzoelife support will evaluate and records the damage of the product to provide return suggestion.
  • Finally, we will send a return label to the customer. Customer needs to use this label to send the product back to the provided address by Bizzoelife.
